Behind the lens...

Hi! I'm Ernesto. I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my wife and two beautiful daughters. We're devout Catholics attending the Traditional Latin Mass at Mater Misericordiæ Parish, a community served by the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter (FSSP) in the Usus Antiquior or the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite (the liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church which was in widespread use before the New Order of Mass was introduced in 1969).

As a photographer, I’m constantly looking for new moments to capture the beauty of the Catholic liturgy on camera. As a practicing Catholic, I know the importance of the sacraments, so I make it a priority to capture every aspect of the rituals.
